Power saving At present the majority of injection machines in China is of hydraulic power type and hence suffers high power consumption. Based on domestic demand(7.8kg plastic product on a per capita basis), total production volume of plastic products would amount to 55.10 million tons. If one were to calculate based on 0.8Kw•h/kg for plastic products, total power consumption would have been 44.1 billion Kw/h per annum-an astounding figure. Since the power system takes up 70% of the injection machine, if all the machines were to be converted to SYNMOT's servo system, it would be possible to save up to 60% of power, or 6.2 billion Kw/h per annum.
Water saving Servo control precision injection machines can also save a significant quantity of cooling water, as well as electric energy for driving cooling water pumps. By the same token, if all the systems were converted to SYNMOT'S servo power system, it would be possible to save 300 million cubic meters of water, thereby relieving the existing predicament of tight water resources.
